Important Notes

New Central Cross-island Highway, Provincial Highway 21, Chao Ping Tou (110.5 K)-Tataka (144.3 K). The section is closed from 17:30 to 7:00 the next day.
New Central Cross-island Highway, Provincial Highway 21, The Guanshan section between 133 and 135 K on Provincial Highway 21 has steep turns, and the speed limit is 20 km/h.
There are occasional rockfalls along New Central Cross-island Highway. Please do not wander around and take photos by the cliff and landslide areas.
There are frequent showers and dense fogs in summer and frozen roads in winter along New Central Cross-island Highway. Please reduce vehicle speed and drive carefully.
