Case-handling Principles

  1. Please provide a correct email address. After sending the email, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically by the system. (If you don’t receive the confirmation, please write to the Director’s Mailbox again, with a valid email address.) Your email will be assigned to and processed by the unit-in-charge for up to 3 workdays. Then the unit will reply to you via email.
  2. If you wish to learn about the status of your case, please visit the “Progress Inquiry” page and enter your case number / email to check the case status or what we’ve replied.
  3. According to No. 15 of Personal Data Protection Law, your personal information (name, telephone number and address) will be collected for the correspondence, statistics and analysis for internal usage only. Our headquarters will make proper use of your personal information, which will be kept as the website data, under the protection of your personal rights and privacy.
