Most areas in the Yushan National Park fall under ecological protection, children visitors need to pay particular attention to maintain the environment and original state in the Park. No littering of garbage nor flower, grass, branch picking is allowed, as the penalty will apply if found out.

Although there are numerous fun spots in the vast space of Yushan National Park, some areas can only be entered with an application for approval in advance; the examples include the ecologically protected area at the center region and the route to Mt. Jade’s main peak.
